Adult and geriatric patients with lymphedema and venous disease present a number of challenges to the clinician. These challenges include but are not limited to: 1. Assessment and treatment of the wound and edema as a whole 2. Presence of medical complexities and comorbidities. 3. Appropriate garment selection to obtain and/or maintain maximal edema reduction 4. Navigating insurance coverage and limitations in health care assess to lymphedema therapy. This session will take a closer look through evidence, patient case examples, and clinical pearls to guide clinicians in navigating these challenges.
